The location was magnificent and particularly good for walking around Centrum. Set walk from a port, which helped to explore Bolzano. The staff were very, very nice all the time of my stay. I had the double room, it was brand-new...

every time we stay in bolzano, like to stay here. they have wheelchair accessible rooms with a comfortable bed, all the necessary facilities and nice big bathroom and care about everyone. comfortable and perfect location in the outskirts of bolsano, you can walk everywhere.

Convenient location for driving

I spent 5 nights here and loved that. The place was fairly clean with especially helpful and useful staff members.

Didn't like the area, it was unpleasant.

The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good, with a selection of fresh pastries and excellent coffee. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The double room was really spacious and clean. I loved that it had a minibar, super handy. The bed was excellent. Plus, the shower was pretty good too, although the shower head was a bit high for shorter folks. Good experience with just a minor quirk.

The room was spacious, very clean, and the staff were helpful when we asked for tips about local attractions and transport. Breakfast had a nice variety and there's outdoor seating if you want to enjoy your meal outside.

The only downside was that we found the hotel a bit far from the city center, made finding restaurants a little tricky, especially at night.

I had a fantastic stay, with a super comfy bed and a scrumptious breakfast that was fresh and well-presented. The shower was a letdown as it kept going cold, but overall, I’d definitely return!

Couple should consider it

We had a pretty decent experience . The A/C in our room was excellent, very comfortable, necessary in this heat. I appreciated the blackout curtains that really helped me sleep soundly, even with all the noise from other guests banging doors. And let me tell you, breakfast was fresh and good, especially for just a little extra.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable for what we got.
